By seeking to register with Virtue Fusion (Alderney) Ltd and by playing any of the Games you hereby confirm to Virtue Fusion (Alderney) Ltd that at all such times you -

  1. are located in a jurisdiction in which it is lawful to so register and play the Games;
  2. are not located in any of the jurisdictions referred to in 3.1(b) above;
  3. are aged 18 years or over;

Persons in breach of 1 or 2 or otherwise in breach of these terms will not be entitled to collect any winnings. FURTHERMORE ANY PERSON WHO IS KNOWINGLY IN BREACH OF 1 OR 2 IS COMMITING FRAUD AND MAY BE SUBJECT TO CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

4. REGISTRATION

4.1
Following registration we will request a username and password for security purposes. The password that you choose must be kept private and secure by you at all times. Failure to do so could lead to unauthorised activities on your account. Transactions made using your account username and password are accepted by us on the understanding that you are playing the Games. If an alternative source has accessed your account and we are not informed, we accept no liability for monies or information lost or misused. Only one account per person is permitted.

7. YOUR ACCOUNT

7.1
In order to place any wagers on any of the Games, you must open and maintain an account with us.

7.2
Only wagers placed from accounts set up through Virtue Fusion (Alderney) Ltd will be accepted for the Games and any winnings you make on the Games will be credited to your account. You can set up your account by either registering online, contacting customer support or by requesting a game download.

You can make deposits into your account either my accessing the 'Your Account' facility when logged in as a full member on this site. You can only register one card number with your account and no card can be registered to more than one account. You can only use your card to make deposits in the account with which it has been registered.

In order to make a withdrawal you must be a Full Member. To gain Full Member status you need to login online, click on "Register Now" and following the upgrade process or you can contact Customer Support. To make a withdrawal you can either access the 'Your Account' facility online or contact Customer Support.

7.3
Charges and proceedings may be brought against you or any other person who has manipulated, or tried to manipulate, our service, any of the Games or your or any other customer's account(s) and we reserve the right to pass on such information as we deem relevant to the relevant authorities if we become aware or suspect that you are involved in any such activities. We are not obliged to inform you of the same, nor to give any reasons for doing so. You agree to waive any and all rights you may have, at law or otherwise, of whatever nature and in whatever jurisdiction, in connection with such disclosure.

There are minimum and maximum limits on the amounts that you can deposit in your account as follows: -
Deposit by credit or debit card: each separate deposit must be at least £10 and no greater than £1,000 in any 24-hour period. You are not permitted to make more than 5 deposits per day.

7.5
In the event that there is a charge back for whatever reason you accept and acknowledge that we will be able to suspend your account indefinitely to enable us to investigate and resolve the matter. During such period any monies due or requested will be withheld.

The balance held in your account will not earn interest in your favour.

You must maintain your account in order to place wagers in any of the Games. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any wager(s) for any reason, and in any event you are not allowed to place a wager greater than the amount in credit in your account (after taking into account all previous wagers).

You may instruct us to exclude you from participation in the Games by sending us an e-mail to support@blokebingo.com with your instructions,
or by calling Customer Support or by sending a registered letter to Bloke Bingo Opt Out Facility, Virtue Fusion (Alderney) Limited, Kington Lodge, Le Grand Val, Alderney, GY9 3XD. Use of this opt-out facility will result in your account being blocked and Virtue Fusion (Alderney) Limited will not accept wagers from this account after confirmation that your request has been received. To reactivate your account we will require confirmation from you in writing by fax or email. All requests for self exclusion will be given a seven day “cooling off” period before accounts can be re activated. This period commences following written confirmation that your “cooling off” period has started.

7.9

Subject to the provisions of these terms, you can make withdrawals from your account up to your current available balance by wire transfer back to credit or debit card (subject to the conditions set out below and after taking into account all previous wagers). As of 1/3/2012 cheque withdrawals will no longer be processed. There are minimum and maximum limits on the amounts that you can withdraw from your account. You may only make a maximum of 5 withdrawals from your account in any one 24 hour period. Please note the following conditions:

 - Withdrawal by wire transfer is only available for a United Kingdom bank account: each withdrawal must be at least £20 (save in the case of a final withdrawal to close an account) and no greater than £10,000 in any 24-hour period. A transfer will only be made to an account in your name and such account must not be at a branch located in any of the jurisdictions referred to at 3.1(a) above. Wire transfers in excess of £1,000 will require proof of identity to be provided.
 - Withdrawal by DBT (Direct Bank Transfer) is only available for a foreign bank account: each withdrawal must be to the equivalent value of £20 in the specific currency (saved in the case of a final withdrawal to close an account) and no greater than (£10,000 in the specific currency) in any 24-hour period. A transfer will only be made to an account in your name and such account must not be at a branch located in any of the jurisdictions referred to at 3.1(a) above. DBT transfers in excess of (£1,000 in the specific currency) will require proof of identity to be provided.
 - Withdrawal by Credit or Debit Card Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Solo and Maestro: each withdrawal must be at least £20 (save in the case of a final withdrawal to close an account) and must be no greater than £10,000 in any 24-hour period. Withdrawals in excess of £1,000 will require proof of identity to be provided.
 - Withdrawal to MasterCard is unavailable from the card provider therefore withdrawal must be made by wire transfer.

If you wish to withdraw less than the minimum amount or more than the maximum amount please contact Customer Services to arrange the withdrawal.

7.10
Subject to the provisions of these terms, when you close your account you will be entitled to the return of all funds in it.

7.11
If, as part of a promotional campaign or competition, we credit an amount to an account registered in your name, you can only use such amounts as wagers for playing the Games.

7.12
To maintain a high level of security to protect your funds, you accept that we will perform random
security checks and keep records of transactions and wagers. You accept that we may demand
additional documentation in the event of a security check and that we may terminate and/or
suspend your registration and/or account and/or withhold payment to you if we do not receive
such documentation. In addition, should ID verification documents not be received by us after 72
hours from the initial ID request, your account will be suspended and credit card blocked. Your
account will remain suspended and credit card blocked until such time as the required docuemtns
are sent and verified.We will not register you unless you provide us with the correct documentation
requested of you in order to verify your identity.

7.13
If any of your personal account details or other financial information relevant to your account change, you must inform us immediately, as failure to do so may result in transactions being declined by your financial institution. This can be done in respect of certain account information by accessing the facility 'Your Account'. We will not accept any liability or responsibility for transactions which are declined as a result of incorrect details where you have failed to make us aware of any changes/correct details. Should your credit card be lost or stolen, you must notify Virtue Fusion (Alderney) Ltd immediately by sending an e-mail to support@blokebingo.com.

7.14
We reserve the right to terminate the provision of your account and gaming service at any time. In the event of such termination, any winnings in your account will be paid by wire transfer back to credit or debit card within 60 days of such termination. Any refunds will be at the sole discretion of the Service Provider.

7.15
In the normal course of play, players will not be charged to deposit or withdraw funds. However in the event of any suspected misuse of the deposit and withdrawal functionality, Virtue Fusion (Alderney) Ltd reserve the absolute right to charge players a handling fee reflecting the costs of any financial transaction charges incurred as a result of an individuals players misuse of the financial functionality.

7.16
If your account has been inactive for two years, in accordance with the Alderney Gambling Control Commission's guidelines for Unclaimed Account Balances the account will be suspended. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you for which an administrative charge will be applied. If we are unable to contact you, your account will be closed and you will forfeit the funds.

7.17
Any bonus funds awarded may be retrieved if there is no activity on your account for a given period.

8. LICENCE TO USE SOFTWARE

11. OUR LIABILITY

Save in respect of claims for death or personal injury arising from Virtue Fusion (Alderney) Ltd’s negligence (a) Virtue Fusion (Alderney) Ltd ’s liability to you for any matter arising out of or in connection with your use of this website will be Ltd to the aggregate of the amount in your account and any winnings due to you in accordance with these terms; and (b) Virtue Fusion (Alderney) Ltd will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss. All representations, warranties and terms (express or implied) not set out in these terms are, to the fullest extent permitted by law, excluded and Virtue Fusion NV shall, to the fullest extent permitted by law, have no liability to you in respect of the same. You agree to indemnify Virtue Fusion (Alderney) Ltd in respect of any liability, damages, costs or claims (save to the extent the same arise out of or in connection with Virtue Fusion (Alderney) Ltd’s breach of contract or negligence) which it may suffer arising out of or in connection with your use of the site or otherwise arising out of or in connection with our services. 17.2 Jackpots

17.2.1
Bloke Bingo offers bingo jackpots on bingo games. The name and amount of each bingo jackpot is clearly displayed within the bingo room. A main progesssive bingo jackpot and a fixed jackpot is available in each bingo room. You must get a full house in under a certain number of calls to win a particular jackpot. The number of calls required is clearly displayed within the bingo room for each jackpot. If a player wins the higher value jackpot, they will not be eligible to also claim lower value jackpot.

17.2.2
The amount of the jackpots will be displayed on the website. While Bloke Bingo endeavours at all times to ensure this information is accurate, the values displayed may not be 100% accurate. Bloke Bingo will endeavour to ensure the information is as accurate as possible. On rare occasions, it is possible that the jackpot will have been won in a previous game and not reset on Bloke Bingo in time before the next jackpot is won. Players should be aware that the payment will be based on Bloke Bingo's jackpot pool and not necessarily that displayed on the website of Bloke Bingo.

17.2.3
Payments of jackpots are a manual process. Any player claiming the jackpot should email support@blokebingo.com stating the time of their jackpot win and which jackpot they have hit.

17.2.4
All jackpot winnings will be paid into the players account as quickly as possible. In the case of physical prizes, a representative of Bloke Bingo will contact you by email or telephone within a reasonable time period to arrange delivery of your jackpot prize.

17.2.5
All winners of jackpot prizes agree by accepting the jackpot prize that they make themselves available to Bloke Bingo for reasonable publicity prices, including but not limited to use of photographs of the winner and the use of the winner's name.

17.2.6
Only players who have made a deposit into their account are eligible to win any bingo jackpot. Players playing with free or promotional funds who have not made a deposit into their account are not eligible to claim.  You are only eligible to win all jackpots if you have purchased a ticket. Therefore, in free games and games for which you were awarded free tickets, you are not eligible to win the standard or progressive jackpots.

17.2.7
Two or more players can share the full house prize in a game of bingo. In the event this happens and players are eligible to claim a jackpot, the jackpot money will be divided equally between winners.

17.2.8
The main progesssive jackpot in each bingo room will be seeded at
£5,000 and will grow each day as a percentage of money spent on the game. It will continue to grow until it is won. Once the Jackpot is won it will reset to the seeded amount. All claims must be received within 48 hours of the winning bingo game or they will be null and void. The Jackpot will not be reset until the winning ticket is validated.

17.2.9
The main progressive bingo jackpot in each bingo room will be paid out at a minimum of £25,000 while this jackpot is advertised on television and for a minimum of 4 weeks there after.

17.2.10
Bloke Bingo reserves the right to remove this jackpot once it has been won. Bloke Bingo reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

17.3 Chat Games

17.3.1
Bloke Bingo offer chat room games with winnings paid as bonus money into your bonus balance. Chat room games are hosted by our chat masters and are available from 9am until 1am. Chat masters will attempt to answer any queries or you can email support@blokebingo.com.

17.3.2
Chat room game credits can only be used to purchase more bingo cards and are added to your bonus balance. They cannot be withdrawn directly. Users who attempt to withdraw chat room game winnings who do not wager sufficiently may have their withdrawal blocked and winnings reclaimed.

17.3.3
All bingo players who are in the bingo chat room are eligible to take part and collect chat room game winnings. You must be purchasing bingo tickets in order to be eligible for chat room game winnings. We usually pay our winnings at the end of shifts although sometimes it can take up to 24 hours.

17.3.4
Players who register and receive bonus funds and do not deposit are not eligible to take part in chat room games. Any winnings may be withheld at the discretion of Bloke Bingo.

17.3.5
Players who register and make a deposit and subsequently lose their deposit are eligible to play chat room games at the discretion of Bloke Bingo. However, should the player attempt to abuse our chat room game system by persistently not purchasing bingo cards and attempting to profit directly from chat room games they may have their winnings withdrawn at the discretion of Bloke Bingo's management.

17.3.6
A maximum of £5 can be won by any player in chat room games on any given day. Note: This is not every 24 hours but on any given day. Players are welcome to participate in all chat games but they should be aware that all winnings above £5 will be withheld.

17.3.7
The total amount won in chat room games cannot exceed at any time more than 50% of your total net deposit. Your total net deposit is your total deposit minus your total withdraw. If your total chat game winnings exceed this by 50% you will be prevented from claiming chat game winnings until such time when your total chat game winnings do not exceed your total net deposit by 50%.

17.3.8
Continually breaking chat room game rules will result in a ban on claiming chat room game winnings. You will still be eligible to play bingo and chat games, although any chat room game winnings will not be credited to your account. Your account will be reviewed periodically and chat game eligibilty be reinstated at the discrection of Bloke Bingo management.

17.3.9
Bloke Bingo reserves the right to reclaim chat game credits at any point.

17.3.10
Bloke Bingo reserve the right not to enter into dialogue with players regarding eligiblity for chat game winnings.

18. COMPLIMENTARY FUNDS

18.1
Bloke Bingo will give away complimentary funds to new registered accounts from time to time.

18.2
Only one complimentary bonus funding is allowed per person, not per account. If a player has claimed more than one complimentary funding, for more than one account, then they forfeit their right to their complimentary funds and any associated winnings.

18.3
The minimum withdrawal on accounts with no deposit is £50.

18.4
Bloke Bingo reserve the right to withdraw all bonus money from accounts after 7 days of being awarded.

19. PROMOTIONS

19.1 Pre Buy Promotions

-If there are 2 or more full house winners of a selected pre buy game replacement prizes may be issued up to a combined price comparable to the original prize cost.  Where this is not possible, equal shares of the price of the original prize will be added to the bonus balance of the winners.
-Where a game that is part of a pre buy promotion cannot for any reason be fully played out Bloke Bingo may at it's own discretion provide a replacement pre buy game but shall not be obligated to do so.
-Where a pre-buy game cannot be played out all standard T&C's and procedures relating to a game not playing out will apply.
-All standard terms and conditions related to purchasing tickets, bingo games and pre-purchasing tickets apply to pre buy promotion games.
-Pre buy game prizes will be dispatched to the winner within 2-14 days of the game being completed.
-Winners will be contacted via email to confirm the delivery address of prizes.
-Where a player cannot be reached by email to confirm the delivery address, the prize will not be dispatched. Please ensure that you have an up-to-date and valid email address for your Bloke Bingo account.
-Players who do not confirm their delivery address within 30 days of winning a pre buy game prize
will forfeit the prize.
-By accepting a prize players agree to have their name and image used in promotional material.
-Bloke Bingo withold the right to change, modify or cancel pre buy promotions without prior notice.
-The decision of the promotions manager is final.

19.2 Chat Room Spot Prizes

 - Spot prizes, bonuses and promotions may be awarded as part of chat games or tournaments at Bloke Bingo.
 - Prizes are only available to depositing members
 - Prizes are only available to members who have been purchasing tickets for the session in which the chat games or tournament was played
 - Prizes will be awarded at the discretion of the Promotions Manager
 - The decision of the Promotions Manager is final and no discussion will be entered into regarding decisions made about this promotion.

19.3 Member Entry Form Competitions

 - Member Entry Form Competitions are open to all depositing members
 - The subject of Member Entry Form Competitions will be set in advance by the promotions manager
 - Winner(s) will be selected from all entries by the Promotions Manager after the end of the promotion.
 - Winners will be notified via email and in the Newsletter
 - Winners must claim their prize within 30 days of being notified that they have won or the prize will be forfeited.

19.4 Prize Giveaways to winners of pre-selected games

 - The date, time and location of the pre selected games will be chosen by the promotions manager and displayed on the site and in emails
 - All depositing members are eligible to enter this promotions
 - Members will be informed in advance via the website, newsletter or other communication of the promotion
